Rev. Dr. Bill Brennan is a permanent deacon in the Diocese of Stockton, California, and has served as liaison for the Charismatic Renewal in the diocese since 1983.  He is involved in parish missions, retreats, Scripture Institute, School of Ministries, days of renewal, spiritual counseling, preaching and teaching at conferences, Church history.  His degrees are a BA, MA and PhD in History.  Professor Emeritus, University of the Pacific, California.
