Cyril John is married to Elsamma, with whom they share 4 children. Baptized in the Holy Spirit in 1982 in India, he was called to leadership in the Charismatic Renewal in 1991. Cyril was a member of the International Catholic Charismatic Renewal Services (ICCRS) Council from 2004-2007 and served as Vice President of the ICCRS Council from 2007-2015. He was the coordinator of the ICCRS Intercessional Training Course. Currently a member of the CHARIS International Service of Communion and coordinator of the Intercession Commission.

Cathy Smook is married to her husband John and homeschools their 7 children. A poignant speaker and catechist in her local parish, she has a passion for teaching and does so with conviction, while inspiring and encouraging others in their faith journey.
She is in her final year of the Encounter School of Ministry’s Certificate Program, and serves on the Board of Directors at the Catholic School of Evangelization in St. Malo, Manitoba

"Abiding" Permanent Personal Fast Program
"Abide in me as I abide in you. Just as the branch cannot bear fruit by itself unless it abides in the vine, neither can you unless you abide in me. I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who abide in me and I in them bear much fruit, because apart from me you can do nothing. " John 15, 4-5
People are willing to fast, but for various reasons such as lack of guidance and support, many fail in their attempts. There is an abundance of spiritual blessings and graces, along with health benefits that come from fasting.
Before you begin, it is good to pray and discern the intentions for which you will offer the fast. It can be offered in thanksgiving, to ask for a grace, to overcome some weakness, temptation or sin, etc.

This is a trip of a lifetime! We will visit Our Lady of Fatima, Our Lady of Lourdes, Our Lady of Montserrat, Our Lady of the Pillar, Our Lady of Rocamadour, Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, plus Sagrada Familia, St. Jerome's Monastery, the Jacobins Monastery, Paris, and so much more!
This trip is 14 days, 12 nights long! One of the main highlights is our optional 33-day Marian Consecration Program, which we will complete in Lourdes. This will be an unforgettable event!
